Walk-a-Jog...

Brisking walking and jogging is a good way to reduce weight. The effect is immediate! Just kidding - it is water loss. However, I am bringing my weight down slowly with the regular walk-a-job in the last few days. My neighbour commented that my waist has reduced. So I am encouraged!

Walking and jogging is good for the heart as well. Running is not as good for the heart and joints. Mildly strenous exercises is better for the body than the extreme types.
