You are what you eat.

In today's yoga lesson, we have a short discourse on food. Vegetarian is the best for our body. Meat is poison. Tea and coffee is neutral. "Dada" our master is from Norway. He has been practising yoga for 12 years. He has become full vegetarian for 10 years. He learn yoga in India and is now teaching yoga in Singapore. We are learning meditation as well. It is a good form of exercise for mind and body.
