Is reading difficult?
This is THE question. I notices all the Senior Managers in US reads a lot. Our CEO publish his reading list every summer. I am dishearten by people who do not read. Reading open up a world of learnings. I guess it take all kinds of people to make up this world. As Bill Gates put it "Never bully a nerd, you will end up work for one."

Haha, U are right! People always say I'm the study type, but you know what? They need my help in drafting letter and translation from Chinese to English. I think I can do translation work. I should charge them for my service.
I cheats...I use Chinese software:)
