Today, I conducted training for the 10 staffs from other department on Communication Styles. This is a tool that my company adopt to help internal communication. There are four styles - Accomodating, Perfecting, Analysing and Achieving. These four styles have different characteristics. Our styles also change under stress. It is a window for us to see ourselves and others. With the help of this tool, we can understand conflicts and accept the differences of individuals.
