My waist line is 36 and scale hit 88kg at night. The difference between weighing in the morning and weighing at night is between 1 to 2 kg. Hence to check for weight change you must always weigh yourself at the same time.
Once upon a time, my waist was 28 and weigh scale could not push past 63kg no matter how much I eat. Today, the reverse is true. It is hard to keep my weight down. I love eat. I am the typical "live to eat" or foodie kind of a guy.
It does not help with me having favorite food in different places I visit. I have to reduce. Will see if I can follow Mr. Brown lead who has reduce his weight significantly.
