There are lots of benefits of working from home.

2. No commuting saves energy
3. No need for office wear - another saving
4. Watch TV or listen to music while working increases productivity
5. Flexibility to run errands during office hours
6. Exercise at any time instead of going to California Fitness Club during lunch time
7. Time for thinking and reflecting
8. Take a nap if you are tired and sleepy...
9. Avoid office politics (avoid and not "no")

There are drawbacks too.

Spending the last 4 years working from home, I must say this will be the way of future. With today tools, you can work anywhere in the world. Richard Branson, CEO of Virgin works in his swimsuit in an island he owns.
