Beijing - World Largest Airport

The airport is simply ENORMOUS! As I take to coach to the aircraft, it took a long time. China has come a long way. The airport is shiny new. There are three terminals, all gargantuan in size. It is equipped with the latest technology and well-oiled and slick operations. The immigration and security checks are fast and handle high volume. It is so unlike the news about poor and manual airport security checks in America. Everything is computerized with all details scanned together with a live picture and passport photo into the computer. Even x-ray scanning line has proper number that is you forget to get anything, it go to a lost and found corner. As I go through the airport, I start to reflect on how a big country can make a huge difference. This airport is so much bigger than Changi. China is a huge contrast to India. Everything is speedy and efficient. Latest technology is used to maximise the productivity. The queue time is short and orderly. India would be a real good example of how airports used to be. Live history. Better than any documentary!
China has advance and made the Great Leap Forward.
