Procrastination

Finally, I submit my medical and dental claims. I have not done so since January this year. When it come to taking care of myself, I procrastinate. Business and work come first. This is why I am disappointed whenever the company does not treat employees fairly. On the positive note, most companies are good employers and take good care of employees. Profits does come before people. When people are first, profits usually follows. So enlightened companies like to have happy employees who are engaged. It is very important we treat employees with respect. This way, employees will perform their very best.
