Starter was cold tofu. Then came the deep fried fish cake seasoned with bonito flaks. Mmmm, Yummy! Yakitori was different here. The taste of unseasoned barbeque chicken skins and chicken fillets without the sweet, black sauce is not as appealing. The tamago or egg omelette come in a bevel-edge cut square log. The salad come with crispy fried micro-fishes. Plenty of alcohol for the Japanese. They started with a mug of beer and then another three glasses of white wine. I finished the meal with a fabulous green tea ice-cream.
Sorry, I was too busy enjoying the food to remember to photograph. Will try to remember the next time:) I forgot to include the cost of dinner. For 5 heads the dinner cost 18,000 yen.
