- To laugh is to risk appearing a fool
- To weep is to risk appearing sentimental
- To reach out for another is to risk involvement
- To expose your feelings is to risk rejection
- To place your dreams before the crowd is to risk ridicule
- To love is to risk not being loved in return
- To go forward in the face of overwelming odds is to risk failure
- But risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing. The person who risks nothing does nothing, has nothing is nothing.
- He may avoid suffering and sorrow, but he cannot learn, feel, change, grow, or love. Chained by his certitudes, he is a slave. He has forfeited his freedom
- Only a person who takes risks is free.

Oh book reader, you're right man!!! One will never know what he'll miss if he never ever take the chance.
I've observe so many situations where people complaints alot but never dare to voice out. Just too afraid to face the criticism.
AS LONG AS THE TRUNK IS FIRM, WORRY NOT OVER THE BRANCHES SWAYING TO THE WIND!
SMILLEY =)
Hello Smilley, you are so right! Most people do what our Minister Mentor, Lee Kuan Yew term as "Coffeeshop Politics". Plenty of criticisms and complaints but will not dare to stand up to speak up for elections.
