After months and years of courtship and hundred of hours of contact time i.e. both quantity and quality, how true do you know the person you are marrying?
Please asked both married and divorced to get a balance view.

Most people put on a mask, be it employees, friends or families.
Thus, I agree that its not easy to understand a person even if their closest to you.
My point here is, it would not be a wise idea to judge a person merely through an interview. Perhaps he or she could be weak in language but can be compensated by good attitude and working spirit.
Btw, in the post, do you mean you don't trust your wife fully even till this stage of marriage?!?
In all interviews, we are looking for the right fit for jobs they are interviewing for. Language skill is the basic tool of communication for office job.
So Smilley, would you hire a carpenter with good attitude and working spirit but cannot hammer or saw well?
