Today, I lost it. I was never so pissed in a meeting in my career. A French supplier insists the project is over by Friday and everything is fine and dandy. A simple request for more information turns into everything is fine, by Friday it will be done when all I asks was who will deliver the information and when. I blew my tops. Yes, I did. Not a good thing to have an emotional outburst.
To add insult to injury, this French man did not pay attention to the information that was presented. Then he is incompetent, an arrogant bigot that has serious capability issue. I am so disappointed that my whole team has wasted our time and we have wasted so much money.
This is a very expensive lesson.
